Navy Sailors assigned to the USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) conduct maintenance and prelaunch inspections for aircraft Sept. 12, aboard the USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). The USS Ronald Reagan departed San Diego Aug. 31 to head to its new homeport in Yokosuka, Japan, as part of a three carrier homeport shift involving the USS George Washington (CVN 73) and USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71).
