Redlands, Nov. 17.—Vine- yardists and winery owners of this vi- cinity are laying plans to convert vine- yard products into grape siinip. Damag:es in nisrepresentatlon Suit. The Court of Appeals at Rochester, N. y., has affirmed a judgment of $700 secured by Clarence S. Lunt against Brown Bros. Co., Ltd., nurserymen of this city, in June, 1915. The action was brought for damages arising from the sale of fruit trees by the defendant, which it is alleged did not prove as represented. The court ruled that the measure of damages is the difference in the value of the land as it is and the value as it would have been if the trees had been as represented.
