The spectacular landscape of Meteora in wintry atmosphere and fog. On the upper right part you can see "Megalo (Great) Meteoro", the largest, oldest and most important among the monasteries of the region. It was established by Athanasios "Meteoritis", a monk who climbed up on the huge rock around 1343-1344.
