Mayor's Rhythm of London Busk-Off Finale, Ze Trio
2011 finalists Ze Trio came second in the competition and also won the Eurostar busking prize. 11 finalists and former winners and finalists took to the stage in the "Mayor's Rhythm of London Busk-Off Finale" at Wayne Hemingway's Vintage Festival at the Southbank Centre, London. Finalists were competing for a much coveted licence to busk on the London Underground, other prizes included a courpse at the Academy of Contemporary Music, recording studio time, and a unique London-Paris Eurostar busking opportunity. The initiative is organised by the Mayor of London to boost music education and participation in the capital.
