Simulated wounded are dug out of the rubble of collapsed building by members of the Guard’s newly formed Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear Enhanced Response Force Package, or CERFP teams, while training as part of Vigilant Guard May 12 at the Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, Ind. The CERFP includes search and extraction, decontamination, medical and command and control elements of both the Army and Air National Guard.
