The smaller chimneys towards the back are the modern "Gas fired" turbines and their associated buildings and National grid equipment for energy distribution throughout the country. the three cooling towers at the front of the picture were demolished on 27-07-2014 And the huge building housing turbines and boilers is well under way in the demolition process at this time with only half the width of the building remaining 12-12-2015.
