A Air Force Airman assigned to the 633d Medical Group punctures a patient simulator to provide fluids during the Tactical Combat Casualty Care exercise at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, Sept. 9, 2022. The patient simulators are used to enhance the realism of the exercise as well as training Airmen to check vital signs, symptoms and injuries under stressful scenarios.
