Southampton,Hampshire Sunday 15th November 2015 POLICE have carried out a raid at a tower block after eyewitnesses said a man was seen with a gun. The drama unfolded this afternoon and several marked and unmarked police vehicle were spotted at Hillbrook Towers in Southampton. Officers were called to the scene shortly before 1pm after reports that a man was seen on the 19th floor with a weapon. Eyewitnesses reported seeing police running up the stairs and interviewing people outside the building. A 51-year-old man who did not want to be identified said: "I heard someone on the 19th floor
