Retired Command Sgt. Maj. Terry Parham, a former CASCOM CSM, speaks to about 400 advanced individual training Soldiers from Bravo and Tango companies, 266th Quartermaster Battalion, and Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 23rd QM Brigade, about a career road map during a meet and greet of a retiree mentorship program Friday. Parham is currently the program director for Advanced Technology Logistics Inc., the contractor responsible for more than 50 staff members in the Soldier Support Center.
