The Brighton Speed Trials 2008. Madeira Drive, Brighton, East Sussex. 13th September 2008. On a bright sunny day, vintage and modern day cars race along a quarter mile straight line course to achieve the fastest time and fastest speed. Roy Smart in his 5 litre Ford GTD40 heads towards the start line.
