Slough Borough Council have said that "Fly-tipping rubbish could now land offenders with a £1,000 fine. Anyone caught out dumping their items in parks, roads, garage sites, or anywhere else illegally, will be handed a £1,000 fine, reduced to £500 if repaid within 10 days.
