Head, thorax, and abdomen brownish ochreous tinged with fulvous, the last with the ventral surface irrorated with fuscous. Fore wing brownish ochreous with a slight fulvous tinge ; the veins prominently streaked with fuscous. Hind wing ochreous suffused with fuscous ; cilia ochreous white ; the underside pale brownish ochreous, the veins slightly sfreaked with fuscous. Hah. New Zealand, Mt. Cook, typef 6 in Coll. Meyrick. Eut. Mo. Mag. v. p. 2 (1868). Head and thorax brownish ochreous with a slight fulvous tinge; abdomen brownish ochreous, whitish at base. Fore wing brownish.
