Roy Collins, 37th Training Wing, commander at the change of command ceremony on Port San Antonio-Kelly Field, Texas June 1, 2018. Prior to the ceremony, Col. Ron Stenger, out-going 350th BATG commander and Col. Traxler along with eight members of the 350th BATG executed a free-fall jump from 13,000 feet above Kelly field.
