The usual strip of two ormore feet of vacant ground is absent along the available inch is made to yield its tribute. Arough calculation shows that at least five acres havebeen reclaimed in this way. This is equal to a hun-dred and twenty-five bushels of wheat, or its equiva-lent in some other crops, as the case may be.
