HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. – Soldiers of the 188th Engineering Detachment, Massachusetts National Guard listen as the adjutant general of the Massachusetts National Guard, Air Force Maj. Gen. General Gary Keefe, gives them and their families words of encouragement at a sendoff ceremony in Worcester, Mass. on Feb. 15, 2018. The 15 soldiers and their families gathered at Mechanics Hall to bid farewell as the soldiers deploy to Kuwait in support of Operation Spartan Shield.
