Psilopleura sanguipuncta, n. sp. (Plate X. fig. 6.) Head, thorax, and abdomen black-brown; shoulders and patagia with crimson spots. Fore wing dark brown, the veins darker; a wedge-shaped semihyaline patch in cell and elongate patch below the cell ; a band beyond the cell between veins 3 and 7. Hind wing semihyaline ; the veins blackish ; the terminal area brown, expanding on inner area and emitting a streak to the base. Hab. Bkazil, Rio Grande do Sul, 1 d type. Exjy. 30 millim.
