The winning entry in Bonsall World Championship Hen Racing, 'Cooked It', is placed in the silver trophy by owner Jack Allsop-Smith, 7, of Ible. Cooked It set a new World Championship Hen Racing record, crossing the track in seconds. Hen racing is supposed to be a local Derbyshire custom dating back hundreds of years and originating in the small hamlet of Ible, near Bonsall.
