Proboscis well developed; palpi upturned, the 2iid joint reaching vertex of head, the orcl moderate; autenn;e bijiectinate, with short branches dilated at extremity, very short in female, the shaft dilated at middle ; tibia; with the spurs moderate ; abdomen with the medial segments dilated ; male with ventral valve covering basal segments. Fore wing with vein 3 from before angle of cell 4, 5 from angle ; 6 from U]5per angle ; 7, 8, 9, 10 stalked ; 11 from cell. Hind wing with the cell long ; 2 and 4 from angle or shortly stalked, 3 from 2 near margin ; 5 from middle of discocellulars; 6, 7 from upper angle. A. Tegulffl and patagia orange; abdomen scarlet, with dorsal black fascia and triangular patches capistrata. B. Tegula; and patagia black. a.
