Army Sgt. 1st Class Patrick Franks from Las Vegas, Nevada fires his pistol in The Practical Event at the 2018 Bianchi Cup in Columbia, Missouri May 25. Franks, a member of the Army Marksmanship Unit’s Service Pistol Team, seized the 2018 Bianchi Cup Production Division Champion title after the three-day, four-event competition was complete. And just five days earlier, he claimed the World Action Pistol Championships’ Production Division Champion title on May 20.
