Pictured: Anti-fascists are kept at bay by police as National Front members hold a short gathering with speeches in the centre of the town. / Up to 60 anti-fascists clash with police and the National Front at a demonstration in the Lincolnshire town of Grantham. The small far-right contingent faced a counter-demonstration titled ‘No to the Nazi National Front in Grantham!’ organised by Unite Against Fascism. Clashes between angry anti-fascists and the police spilled out on to the main road opposite St Peters Hill Green.
