1st Lt. Hiroki Hayashida, the officer in charge of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force 15th Brigade Band conducts the JGSDF 15th Brigade Band during the 25th anniversary of the ‘Friendship Through Music’ concert Jan. 28 at the Ginowan Civic Hall in Okinawa, Japan, Jan. 28, 2023. This year's iteration of the concert series was the first full, unrestricted performance since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. The concert series is a joint performance between the JGSDF 15th Brigade Band and the III Marine Expeditionary Force Band.
