A mature tree blown over in winds and rain at the top of Sevenoaks causing road closure

A mature chestnut or beech tree old blown over in winds and rain at the top of Sevenoaks Kent White Horse Road 27th January 2014 causing a road closure on a country road. This is not one of the original oaks from which the Town got its name but now with the soil fully waterlogged at the top of the hills and surrounding areas there is the added danger of toppling trees to contend with for motorists and home owners with many mature woodland trees in the area.
