Blagaj Sufi Muslim dervish stone monastery lodge embedded in mountainside Bosnia Herzegovina
Blagaj, Bosnia Herzegovina - March 26, 2015: A restored historic stone structure part of the Islamic Sufi saint lodge located in the Hergovina Neretva Canton of Bosnia Herzegovina. The original structure was built by Ottoman Turks around 1520 at the source of the Buna River. The architecture is designed so as to blend into the adjoining mountainous landscape.
