CAMP BUEHRING, Kuwait – Grader 2nd Lt. Patrick Fallon oversees a Task Force Spartan soldier firing an M9 pistol at the 20-meter range on July 11, 2018 during the German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge (GAFPB) event. Fallon earned his GAFPB in April. Competitors previously completed the 100-meter swim and the basic fitness test and will end the competition with a ruck march.
