Town hall (municipio), Arsago Seprio, Italy, square XXV Aprile


Town hall of a small city in northern Italy, province of Varese, Lombardy. Arsago Seprio is famous for relevant archaeological remains of a Longobard necropolis, for a Romanic church and baptistery from the 9th and 10th century AD. In Arsago there is a museum that currently houses the archaeological collection, which covers a very wide chronological period, from the Bronze Age to the Renaissance, and a paleontological collection, to which a specific section has recently been dedicated. Arsago seprio is also known in the international sporting world as the site of World motocross championships of the years 1980 – 90
