PORT OF DJIBOUTI, Djibouti (April 26, 2022) Navy Capt. Daniel Prochazka, the commanding officer of the Blue Ridge-class command and control ship USS Mount Whitney (LCC 20), presents a certificate and command ball cap to the Commandant of the Port of Djibouti, Capt. Mohamed Moussa Abar for piloting Mount Whitney out of port following a three day port visit. Capt. Abar has been the Commandant of the Port of Djibouti since 1995.
