IMPERIAL BEACH, Calif., (June 1, 2018) Capt. Stan Chien, commodore of Coastal Riverine Group (CRG) 1, fires the M240 machine gun simulator on a boat gunnery trainer during a tour of the laser shot combat simulator onboard Naval Outlying Landing Field Imperial Beach. CRG provides a core capability to defend designated high value assets throughout the green and blue-water environment and providing deployable Adaptive Force Packages (AFP) worldwide in an integrated, joint and combined theater of operations.
