CHARLES WILLIAM POTTER engines, Flora, Illinois. The many beautifulfloral designs were tokens of love and esteemfrom friends in Ohio, Indiana, and fellow em-ployes of the Illinois Division. Mr. Potter was a loyal and efficient employeand officer of the Company. In the ranks as asubordinate he was a most companionable andloveable man; as an officer carrying greaterresponsibilities and the power of discipline,he did not change, but retained his graciousrelationship with all his fellows. He wasjust and charitable ■ in his decisions andestimates of other men and those subordinate t o h i m. Whilethe work he laiddown will becarried on byothers, the placehe made in thehearts and mindsof fellow em-ployes will neverbe filled. On September25 K. S. Prit-chett was ap-pointed train-master of theIllinois Divisionbetween Flora,111., and Beards-town, 111., andbetween Flora,111., and Wash-ington, Ind., viceC. W. Potter,deceased.
