Chief Petty Officer selectees heave around on the halyard to raise the mizzenmast topsail yard on the USS Constitution in Boston, Mass., on Aug. 24, 2007. The USS Constitution, nicknamed Old Ironsides, made five knots using six sails as she sailed under her own power for the first time in 2007. More than 150 Chief selectees manned the sails as a team building exercise.
