Gibraltar South Bastion gateway with the Trafalgar cemetery out of view to the right, Admiral Lord Nelson statue out of view to the left

Southport gate at South Bastion is a gateway through the walls into the city. There are actually three arches, this one with the crest is the pedestian one, then the adjacent road one is Trafalgar Road, whilst the thrid one constructed in recent times for Line Wall Road. The bronze statue of Lord Nelson who died in the Battle of Trafalgar is nearby off to the left, with the Trafalgar Cemetery to the right of the picture before the gate.
