Cheap barbecue food- sausages and hamburgers are almost culture in bull riding rodeos. Bull riding is considered the most dangerous sport in the world. Riding up to 1000kg irate and bucking bulls around a small ring, it is not a sport for the faint hearted. Nevertheless, events flourish in rural Australia, where the image of the cavalier is a culture in itself.
