Lostock Hall Depot on 20 September 1967.

Lostock Hall Depot on 20 September 1967. The obvious intention here was to frame the engine number in a chain-link but although the two lined up in the camera viewfinder, the image recorded was out of alignment with what the film saw. This problem with cameras in the 1960s was known as Parallax, of course today it could be corrected by computer but for authenticity I have left it as it was.
