A professional rider and her horse attempt barrel racing during the Bulls, Bands, and Barrels show at the Forrest County Multipurpose Center, Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Aug. 27, 2022. Barrel racing is a rodeo event in which a rider and a horse run a cloverleaf pattern around preset barrels to achieve the fastest time. The Marines of Recruiting Station Baton Rouge and 6th Marine Corps District visited the family event to interact with the local community. The action-packed rodeo show featured bull riders, horseback barrel racing, and a live musical performance.
