PACIFIC OCEAN (March 21, 2021) — Lance Cpl. Cade Magill, from St. Paul, Minn., and Gas Turbine Mechanic Fireman Karah Lawyer, from Athens, Texas, secure a Light Armored Vehicle-Command and Control (LAV-C2) to the deck of a Landing Craft, Air Cushion (LCAC), assigned to Assault Craft Unit 5, in the well deck of the amphibious transport dock ship USS Portland (LPD 27). Portland is underway conducting routine operations in Third Fleet.
