Music To His Ears. To Coast Guardsmen the shrill shriek of the bosun's pipe, which turns them out of their bunks to stand long watches, is the high pitch of a devilish instrument. But not to this smiling, hand-clapping seven-month-old boy, who is retuning to the states aboard a Coast Guard-manned troop transport, with his parents. The child is the son of T/Sgt. and Mrs. Karl Alberti of Weirton, W. Va. His father served in the CBI theatre. Sounding the pipe for the child's amusement is Coast Guardsman Charles Bassett, boatswain's mate, second class, of Oakland, Cal.
