One of Sydney’s landmarks is the Opera House bathed with moving images of Aboriginal art using lazar lights as part of the annual vividsidney light festival in Sydney, New South Wales (NSW) Australia. The 2024 festival was held to acknowledge the reconciliation of the twenty-nine Aboriginal clans of the Eora Nation from the coastal area of New South Wales (NSW). They are the original land owners which the festival takes place. This is Australia’s way to pay respects to the Elders past and present and to recognise the continuing connection to lands, waters and communities.
