Cerny as vice- president, J. J. Beneke as secretary, W. C. Smith as treasurer and Oscar Bufif as trustee. On motion a vote of thanks was ex- tended to J. J. Windier and P. W. Windier, retiring officers. Treasurer Smith then made a financial report, which showed the club to be in a healthy condition. For the good of the club, J. J. Beneke invited the members to smoke with him the cigars which he won as second prize in the bowling contest at' the Detroit convention; he received a rising vote of thanks. The attendance prize of- fered by President Hummert, a box of cigars, was won by George Pring, who opened it and distributed the cigars among the members and also was given a rising vote of thanks.
