ROUNDHOUSE SMOKE an opportunity to inspect a woodensmoke jack, designed by Mr. H. , which was in use in the roundliouse of the Chicago & NorthwesternRailway. The lightness ofthe structure makes it easy to carry onan ordinary shop roof, and the roraf re-pair account is correspondingly keptdown. The inventor also claims cheap-ness as one of the advantages gained inthe use of the jack.
