Brig. Gen. Hector Lopez (left), 94th TD-FS commanding general, gave remarks after the relinquishment command during the 1st Brigade (Quartermaster) Change of Command ceremony held at the Maj. Gen. Charles C. Rogers Army Reserve Center in Charleston, WV on 19 May 2018. Lopez highlighted Dreska’s achievements and extraordinary performance during his command tenure along with and provided a bit of guidance to Col. John Joseph, 1st Brigade incoming commander. Dreska served as the 1st Brigade commander for two years before his relinquishment of command to Col. John Joseph.
