Operative Findings: Opening of the cyst from the post molar triangle revealed a perforation of thebone, which appears in the Roentgen picture as a very dark area about the size of a pea. The boneover the post molar triangle was cut away and revealed a large cyst of the dimensions shown in thepicture.
