LUANDA, Angola (Nov. 3, 2022) Mr. Joseph Darlak, left, ship’s master for the expeditionary sea base USS Hershel "Woody” Williams (ESB 4), provides a guided tour inside Williams’ bridge to Angolan Navy sailors following the ship’s arrival in the Angolan port Nov. 3, 2022. Hershel “Woody” Williams is rotationally deployed to the Naval Forces Africa area of operations, employed by Sixth Fleet, to defend , allied and partner interests.
