Anthony Montano, 435th Construction and Training Squadron contingency firefighting operations instructor, after participating in a training exercise July 11, 2016, at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. The training included close-quarters maneuverability that involves multi-level platforming and retrieving “training dummies” as they simulate saving people out of a trapped situation.
