NORFOLK, Va. (June 10, 2017) - A statue of Medal of Honor recipient and ship name sake Vice Adm. John D. Bulkeley is displayed aboard guided-missile destroyer USS Bulkeley (DDG 84) during the 41st annual Norfolk Harborfest. This year's Harborfest also celebrated Naval Station Norfolk's centennial with public tours of Bulkeley, various demonstrations and performances by the Fleet Forces band.
