A capacious slip has beendredged, and the material taken therefrom utilized in the making ofground, upon which has been erected an additional building, which forgeneral architectural appearance, and convenience of arrangement forparlor and sleeping room purposes, is truly admirable. In the rear ofthe first named buDding, and connected therewith by a covered passageway, is a two story building used as a kitchen, with sleeping apartmentsfor servants. One of the prominent features of the Club improvementsis a capacious ice-house, within which is built one of the most complete.
