Reinforced concrete footbridge over dramatic sea gorge linking Cloghane Island to the mainland, Mizen Head Peninsula, County Cork, Ireland


In 1907 a bridge was built to connect Cloghane Island to the mainland and in 1909 a signal station was established on the island. In 2011 the current reinforced concrete bridge opened spanning a dramatic sea gorge in the cliffs
