A rare engraving of the 1842 design for Goodwood Cup featuring Sir Robert Bruce and Henry de Bohun (designed by Mr Cotterill and made in silver by Garrards). At the time the designs were released confirmation was still to be made as to which cup would be awarded for which race and the name it was to be given. (The winner of the Goodwood cup in 1842 was Charles the Twelfth)
