In addition to sunflowers Supra- cide is registered for use on sorg- hum (in Texas), alfalfa, cotton, walnuts, peaches, tobacco, and cit- rus. Thus, accidental spray drift onto these crops should not result in phytotoxicity. Supracide controls several of the major insect pests attacking sun- flowers. Seed from treated fields can be used for human food, oil, or bird feed, provided the last applica- tion was made at least 50 days prior to harvest. Supracide kills insects by con- tact and as a stomach poison. It has good residual effectiveness. Supracide is a Category II in- secticide. It has an acute oral LD50 of 65 mg/kg, and an acute dermal LD50 of 640 mg/kg. FOR SALE CRANBERRY ACREAGE Old established 74 productive acres with 5000 barrel allotment.
