ATLANTIC OCEAN (June 7, 2017) Aqueous film forming foam (AFFF) is tested in the hangar bay aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Wasp (LHD 1). Wasp is conducting sea trials in preparation for their upcoming homeport shift to Sasebo, Japan where they are slated to relieve the USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6).
