She, with her littlefamily, accompanied her husband toEurope and remained abroad abouteight years while Bro. Barker studiedin Switzerland and the University ofParis. Prof. Barker is now head ofthe Modern Language Department ofthe University of Utah. BENNETT, John Foster, treasurerof the Deseret Sunday School Unionsince 1906, was born July 11, 1865, atBirmingham, England, the son ofRichard and Maria Foster Bennett was not a memberof the Church, but was honest anil. conscientious. With his wife and twolittle children (one the subject of thissketch) he came to Utah with hiswifes family in 1868. The Foster fam-ily located in Bear Lake valley, butRichard Bennett found work in SaltLake City.
