Resident, Claire Evans sits by the Tommy Cooper statue in the town of Caerphilly in south Wales, which has gone into lockdown along with it's wider borough area, after what is being described as a rapid increase in coronavirus cases. The Welsh government announced that from 6pm on Tuesday people will not be able to leave or enter the area without good reason, along with other restrictive measures.
